Our Community
There are seven sisters in the Convent and
they love to come over to visit us. There is Mass in the Convent
Chapel every day at 8.05am and many of us like to attend before
school. Everyone is welcome at Mass each morning or to come in
for Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament any time during the day.
The Carmelite Sisters are our special friends, as they lived
in the convent with us for a year and a half. They pray for us
every day.
Fr.
Michael Twomey from the parish of St. Laurence O' Toole in
Kilmacud is our school chaplain. For many of us this is our
parish but we also welcome students from Mount Merrion,
Leopardstown, Ballally, and Sandyford.
Pat & Joey are our caretakers and they make
sure that our school building is always clean and welcoming for
us.
A nurse from the Health Centre in Merville Road comes to check
our vision and our hearing and we go to the dentist there to get
our teeth checked.
